Carol Sachs, soprano, holds a B.M.E from Texas Christian University, and an M.M.M.E. from The University of Texas at Brownsville. A music educator of over thirty years, she has spent half of her career teaching music as a choir director in the public schools in Texas and Arizona, and the other half teaching voice and directing opera at the University of Texas at Brownsville. Under her guidance, her university voice students consistently ranked as semi-finalists and finalists at the National Association of Teachers of Singing competitions. Ms. Sachs currently resides in Arlington where she teaches voice privately from her home, as well as at high schools in Arlington and Mansfield.
